Communication plays a key role in the team's cohesion and impacts heavily their degree of collaboration.
Research proves that the main part of communication goes through nonverbal cues and therefore we want to focus on this specific communication ability everybody has.
We work with gestures, facial expressions, body postures more than with words or the voice.
Our goal is to make people being more aware of their natural nonverbal communication skills and to enhance them.
We practice learning-by-doing meaning that people are encouraged to visualize and draw their thoughts with their hands, to express their feelings with their face, to interpret a message by reading the micro expressions of others.
