Tech addiction is the new form of alienation in the workplace and a barrier to collaboration

DEVICE-DETOX YOUR TEAM

TO CONNECT PEOPLE

WHY IT HAPPENS

Because it's fast, easy, smart. Electronic devices in the workspace are essential communication tools allowing autonomy, flexibility, remote work and  sharing of intelligence.

This over-connection has turned into a sort of tech addiction leading to a loss of human contact, real life relationships, live talking.

OUR CREDO

A lack of human connection may be having a serious negative impact on your team relationships and their performances by isolating people, causing stress and creating toxic habits.

Management has a strategic role to diminish the influence of digital abuse.

Companies can communicate about their will to nurture the social connection by setting up workshops and seminars that foster team spirit and community bonding.

OUR SOLUTION

Hosting in-the-flesh team workshop sessions is a great opportunity to have your disconnected team spend time together on a human basis.

Our methodology consists of several strategies, games and activities that are meant to bring more human interaction to device-separated units.

We take away the traditional tool that people use to share information: the verbal exchange. We don't talk anymore!

Our visual approach helps remote teammates feel a sense of belonging.

Our facilitators encourage

proximity, eye contact and spontaneity, which create connection in the group.

Phones are  banned, of course!

YOUR WIN

Pleasure is a crucial component of our methodology: people forget about their smartphones,

boundaries fall, they feel more authentic and joke comfortably with each other.

Playing with their hands and their bodies clearly helps to disengage from digital dependency and supports the shift towards human relationships.

Their focus will be put on others' faces instead of screens, everybody will be asked to play with their hands so that it'll be impossible to hold a phone.

The coffee break held during our workshop will also be done with people talking with their hands which is really fun for everybody.

You won't recognize your team once they leave the nonverbal communication experience.
