Sara Guérin-Panichi, founder and CEO

"The Sign & Connect concept was inspired to me by learning American Sign Language and reinforced by my naturel penchant for discovering others and the desire to have more spontaneous and warm interactions.

During my career, as an employee and business manager, it was undeniable that progress and results are closely linked to the degree of collaboration in a group.

The basis for a successful collaboration is open, frank, two-way communication, which will be able to fuel the imagination, stimulate positive emotions and strengthen the will to succeed together.

Non-verbal communication has enormous potential to free us from our inhibitions, leave room for emotions and promote spontaneity."

Sara's device is: "The only limit to communicate lies in your head and the solution to a barrier-free communication lies in your hands"
